Programme des activités de l'association
les richesses historiques et culturelles éparpillées et délaissées, font l'objet d'attaque et de dégradation ainsi que de déviations, menant à une dépersonnalisation des lieux et des sociétés .
l'action de l'association est en premier lieu axée sur la préservation et la protection de ces richesses par le traitement de ce mal ensuite sur la mise en place d'un programme immunisant à l'avenir et d'une dynamique sociale et culturelle bénéfique et de sensibilisation de consciences, en accord avec les modes de vies et fidèle a notre patrimoine.
- Les objectifs :

Recherche dans la dimension culturelle et historique
Sensibilisation des citoyens sur la valeur civilisationnelle de la région.
Exploitation du patrimoine et des activités traditionnelles a des fins touristiques.
1- Préservation et restauration du patrimoine archéologique :
Elaboration d'une carte archéologique des différents sites archéologiques a travers la wilaya , et évaluation de leurs états actuels.
1-1 Préservation :
Recrutement de personnes qualifiées pour la protection de ces sites du vol , la dégradation et la destruction (en collaboration avec les services de la sûreté de wilaya) .
Mise en place d'un poste de police au niveau de la vieille ville compte tenu de l'importance de son étendue.
Rétablissement de l'éclairage public et assainissement de l' espace environnant de la vieille ville.
Sauvegarde de sites archéologiques et les vergers de l'invasion du béton.
1-2 Restauration :
Le recours aux compétences des experts dans le Domaine de la restauration archéologique pour l'évaluation de l'état actuel de sites et l'estimation du coté technique et matériel du travail
Réactivation des ateliers de fabrication de la tuile et la brique et autres matériaux de construction traditionnels pour faciliter l'opération de restauration ainsi que l'emploi d'artisans expérimentés.
Attribuer la priorité aux sites archéologiques, religieux ainsi que les constructions et Hammams représentant des valeurs tout en conservant intégralement l'aspect original des structures .
Faire participer les citoyens pour le rassemblement des pièces archéologiques et leur restitution a leurs places originales ou au musée.
2-Recherche dans la dimension culturelle et historique de la région :
Programmer des expositions
Collecte d 'informations et écriture de l'histoire.
Création d'un musée au sein de la vieille ville.
Création d'une bibliothèque de l'histoire
Création d'un site internet.
3- Sensibilisation des citoyens sur la valeur civilisationnelle de la région :
En collaboration avec les directions de l'éducation et de la formation professionnelle un programme sera tracé pour la sensibilisation des élèves des différents cycles a travers les établissements de la wilaya , ce programme s'articule en :
Portes ouvertes sur le patrimoine
Des conférences avec projection de reportages sur le patrimoine
Organisation des visites sur sites archéologiques.
Organisation d'un séminaire national sur le patrimoine.
Organisation de portes ouvertes aux citoyens ainsi que conférences, expositions et rencontres en collaboration avec les directions de la jeunesse et des sports, culture et tourisme .
Etablir des publications imprimées sur l'histoire de la région.
Edition d'un journal périodique de l'association
4- Exploitation du patrimoine et des activités traditionnelles a des fins touristiques :
Recensement et aménagement des locaux et constructions susceptibles d'être exploiter comme ateliers artisanaux et auberges touristiques .
Recensement des artisans voulant investir au sein de la vieille ville .(proposition de soutien matériels et aide financière aux potentiels initiateurs tout en les chargeant de la formation de jeunes dans leurs domaines respectifs) .
- Aménagement et équipement des constructions favorables a une exploitation comme résidences et restaurants traditionnels.
- Création de pépinières de plantes décoratives
- Exploiter les espaces de l'environnement naturel comme lieux de loisirs.
- Encourager les exploitants de vergers par l'apport de moyens nécessaires a la renaissance et
l'entretien de ces derniers .
- Réalisation des cartes postales photographiques des sites archéologiques et patrimoniaux.
- Prise en charge par l'association de la formation et installation de guides touristiques.
- Création d'une école de formation des arts traditionnels (couture ,broderie, tissage , ferronnerie dinanderie , porterie céramique , cuisine traditionnelle et musique malouf.)
- Aménagement et équipement d'anciennes constructions pour l'exploitation dans les célébrations de mariages à la manière locale traditionnelle.
- Exploitation des ressources touristiques de la wilaya.
- Organiser des manifestations culturelles au sein de la vieille ville pour rompre son isolement (exposition sur les métiers traditionnels, plats traditionnels, portes ouvertes sur le patrimoine et environnement…).
- Toutes les opérations devant être conforme au climat traditionnel et social de la région.
Proposition de nomination d'une commission permanente constituée de représentants des différentes structures publiques et d'éléments de l'association, qui sera chargée de veiller à l'application de ce programme.
-Etablir un programme touristique en collaboration avec les offices et agences touristiques .

1 - preservation and restoration of the archaeological heritage:
Elaboration of an archaeological card of the different archaeological sites has shortcoming the wilaya, and assessment of their present states.
1-1 preservation:
- Qualified people recruitment for the protection of these sites of the flight, the deterioration and the destruction (in collaboration with services of the wilaya safety).
- Setting up of police's station at the level of the old city considering the importance of its extent.
- Restoration of the streetlight and purification of the surrounding space of the old city.
- Archaeological site safeguard and orchards of the invasion of the concrete.
1-2 restoration:
- The recourse to the expertise of experts in the Domain of the archaeological restoration for the assessment of the present state of sites and the evaluation of quoted it technical and material of work
- Reactivation of shops of manufacture of the tile and the brick and other materials of construction traditional to facilitate the operation of restoration as well as the use of experienced craftsmen.
- To assign the priority to the archaeological, religious sites as well as constructions and Hammamses representing values while fully preserving the original aspect of structures.

- In collaboration with directions of the education and the professional formation a program will be drawn for the sensitization of different cycle pupils has shortcoming establishments of the wilaya, this program articulates some:

· Organization of visits on archaeological sites.
- Organization of a national seminary on the heritage.
- Open door organization to citizens as well as conferences, exhibitions and meetings in collaboration with directions of youth and sports, culture and tourism.
